Customer Sales Representative is responsible for meeting the revenue quota while providing excellent customer service to customers.Job Responsibilities:Handles combined Satellite and Telecommunication Billing InformationProbe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
Meet sales quota and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment
Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers' needs
Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience
Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards
Our basic qualifications are:- Completed at least 2 years in College (without back subjects)- Good to excellent communication skills- Sales, Customer Service or Tech Support experience is an advantage- Willing to work on a flexible shift*For High School Graduates, candidates must have at least six (6) months of call center experience
