JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via email or chat.
Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned
Php20,000 Basic Pay upon hire
3K Premium Allowance upon regularization
Qualifications:
Senior/ High school Graduate
Minimum BPO 6 months experience related to upselling/ sales experience/ cross selling
Good English written communication skills
Has a good customer service orientation
Proficient in MS Office
With sufficient computer navigational skills
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
