Job Description:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Responding promptly to clients' enquiries
Communicating with clients through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving client's complaints
Knowling our process inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders, forms, appications, and request
Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
communicates with clients via written correspondence to provide information and assistance
Qulification
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or at least have an equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.
Preferably 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
