Job Customer Service Representative
Job Descriptions
To receive and reply to inbound customer requests.
Be responsive across multiple channels, such as E-mail and chat
Resolve customer complaints.
Utilize computer technology to handle high volumes.
Work with customer service manager or supervisors to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Must be able to handle changes in procedures and policies from time to time.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
And such other tasks as may be given by the company and/or client analogous to the foregoing.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma
Great writing skills
Computer proficiency
Amenable to shifting schedules
Amenable working on site
