*Generic CSR Managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; Transactions can be related to customer care, billing and collection support, client inquiries.

CL 13:
·College Grads without experience
·College level without experience
·SHS graduate without experience
·Excellent communication skills
CL12:
·College Grad with 1 year experience
·Completed 2 years in college with 1-2 years of BPO experience
·SHS Grad with at least 1-2 years BPO experience
· 1 year in college with 3 years BPO experience
