Responsibilities
Answering guest inquiries via email, text, phone & live chat
Troubleshooting any issues relating to Resy products: Resy Consumer App, ResyOS Restaurant App, Resy Restaurant Web-Dashboard & Resy.com
Providing basic support to our restaurant partners and escalating any critical issues to our Account Management team
Making phone calls to confirm premium reservations for the Resy Global Access concierge program
Working on other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Interest in working in a fast-paced hospitality/tech environment
Required Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong technological aptitude
Good conflict management skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Customer service oriented
Multi-tasking - ability to organize and prioritize
Detail-oriented
Decision making within process or guidelines
Ability to work global restaurant hours, including nights and weekends (nightshift, US hrs)
High fluency in spoken, understanding, and written English
Work Schedule:
Monday - Saturday
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
