We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with exceptional written and spoken English to go through our training process and work from home with our clients. No prior experience is required, and we will train you on the required skills.
Our clients are successful business owners and entrepreneurs based in the United States and Europe.

Job responsibilities may include:
1. Drafting emails and handling business communications
2. Calendar scheduling
3. Planning meetings and events
4. Travel planning and travel management
5. Online research and data collection using spreadsheets
6. Reporting and documentation

8. Supporting teammates
9. Team management
Qualifications:
1. Mastery of written and spoken English
2. 40+ hours per week of availability
3. No other work commitments outside the home
4. Good computer skills
5. Fast and reliable internet connection
Desirable skills and experience:
1. Professional experience with written English
2. Experience working with a remote team
3. Experience working as an employee within an English speaking company
4. Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, calendar applications, and project management software
