Compensation:
15,000 to 17,000 basic plus 2,000 non-taxable allowance;
10% night differential;
Hazard pay: 250/ day (Pandemic);
Transportation allowance: 1,750/ cut-off;
HMO on probationary period (once passed the training);
Plus 1 HMO dependent upon regularization;
Plus 1 HMO dependent upon reaching 1 year;
Signing bonus: 10,000;
Life insurance;
10 VL and 10 SL annually (SL is convertible to cash).
