Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least College Undergraduate, Food & Beverage Services Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
with active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
With at least 1 year of working experience in a BPO company as a call center agent
Willing to work 6 days a week (Mondays-Saturdays)
Can start immediately

Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Generate sales leads
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and assisted to respond for any inquiries or complaints regarding deliveries
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Experience:
call center: 1 year (Required)
Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
