Job Description
Provides excellent operations-related-customer-support-service to delegated active clients.
Keeps and organize records of all documents pertaining to shipments in google drive and dockets.
Check documents if it’s already completed on (Xero, trello) attachments before being sent to the Head Office Billing Department.
Collate and arrange all shipment documents to be sent to MMG Head Office for billing purposes.
To ensure real-time updates of assigned shipments to be monitored and coordinated directly to the client.
Meet KPI in uploading complete shipment documentation that was cleared and shared with the Sales, Billing and Trucking Department.
Directly report and seek assistance on every shipment operation issue that arises to the Operations Department Head and work towards customized solutions.
Actively respond and ensure customer satisfaction with our Clients.
