Get a salary of 30,000 once hired and will increase to 35,000 after regularization
QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to Highschool Graduate
Candidate must have at least 2 years SOLID BPO experience
Willing to work for a temporary Work-from-Home set up but must also be willing to work in BGC Taguig office
Willing to work for SHIFTING SCHEDULE (Morning / Mid shift / Graveyard)
Willing to undergo 5 weeks Onsite Training (Free Shuttle Service during the onsite training)
Willing to start ASAP
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails and chat
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take Extra mile to engage customers
