Provide good customer service experience during pre-sales and after-sales period to help achieve sales target
Timely response to user inquiries
Familiar with products and store activities; answer user questions accurately
Good at guiding customers; improve customer's order conversion rate
Timely feedback in case of problems, and assist in operation optimization and adjustment
Invite or guide comments/reviews
JOB QUALIFIFCATIONS
Bachelor's degree of any course.
Relevant working experience is preferred
Have a strong sense of responsibility and efficient execution; can adapt to high intensity of work pressure
Good at online chat tools and verbal communication
Familiar with basic computer knowledge and operation; able to use office software skillfully
