Job Descriptions
Serving agents, They will only service ticket issuance, exchanges, changes and refunds.
Handle flight reservation - existing booking-date change, refund, name corrections.
Handing Customer queries and complaints in real time via phone. Chat and email.
Meet SLA targets, lower response times, increasing productivity etc.
Job Qualifications
Proven work experience as a travel agent - with a minimum 4 years of experience in the servicing industry.
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems ( Amadeus. Sabre) and e-traveling. - Must be fluent in both GDS. Issuing, changes, exchanges, phase 4's etc.
Fluency in English -Must have the ability to communicate via the phone in English, written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness. Ability to interact, communicate, Organized and a go getter.
Must be personable and easily understandable by customers predominantly in US, UK and Asian countries
Standard working hours , a 5 day work week and across 3 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Sound knowledge of international travel trends -
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field -
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
