Job Description
To provide support to customers in processing orders, handle queries and other general customer service support via phone, e-mails and/or any ERP systems.
Processing, releasing orders & inquiries
Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
Handling calls and emails for Price and Availability
Resolving complaints and issues
Qualifications
Working practice: Strong attention to details and accuracy. Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
Experience: 1 year of customer service associate experience. Basic knowledge in SAP system is a plus. Previous experience with Australian customer service account is an advantage. Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Languages: Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Schedule: Day shift
Amenable to work onsite
Willing to work asap
