Job Description
To provide support to customers in processing orders, handle queries and other general customer service support via phone, e-mails and/or any ERP systems
Daily Operations:
Process Orders & Inquiries
Resolving Orders
Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
Handles calls and emails for Price and Availability
Resolves customer complaints and issues
Customer Satisfactions/Experience
Communication for updates
Invoice Release
Back Orders
Qualifications
At least 1 to 2 years working experience in customer support with preferably with OTC, SAP and/or CRM background
A degree in Automotive or any Business related course
Excellent communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Strong attention to details, quality conscious and result-driven
Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Ability to multi-task and to work with minimal supervision
