This position is assigned to perform and handling of voice and nonvoice tasks as required by their units.
Handles Availments queries of the caller.
Resolve Availment complaints, otherwise, escalate to team leader or concerned unit/department.
Prepares and submits reports as required by the team leader.
Documents all captured transactions in the call management suite (CMS).
Ensure compliance with Key Result Areas (KRA) targets set by management.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
