About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a customer‐focused and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This full‐time role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
What you'll be doing
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, and in‐person).
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive and seamless service experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to address service requests, account updates, and follow‐up actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for proper documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by identifying trends and recommending solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Tourism or related field
2-3 years of customer service or client relations experience
Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused attitude
Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to multitask
Effective problem‐solver and team player
