About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a meticulous and analytical Treasury Supervisor to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and maintaining financial stability.
 
What you'll be doing
Manage daily cash flow, including monitoring bank accounts, processing payments, and reconciling transactions
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Collaborate with the finance team to optimize the company's liquidity and investment strategies
Oversee the administration of the company's insurance policies and risk management activities
Provide guidance and support to the accounting team on treasury-related matters
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in treasury management
What we're looking for
Certified Public Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4-5 years supervisory experience in treasury or finance, ideally in real estate/property
Skilled in financial analysis, cash flow management, and treasury operations
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and risk management
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Proficient in financial systems and spreadsheet tools
Effective communicator with the ability to work well across teams
