HMO / CONCIERGE
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with HMOs and their members through exemplary customer service
Delivers comprehensive information regarding HMO benefits, processes, and requirements.
Proactively address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and concerns
Guarantee accurate and timely processing of HMO claims
Collaborate with HMO representatives to rectify claim
Provide comprehensive patient care coordination for HMO members
Facilitate effective communication among patients, healthcare providers, and HMOs
Provide information and assistance to patients regarding their HMO benefits and coverage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any health-related or business course
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, patient services, HMO/insurance coordination, or customer service
Knowledge of HMO benefits, LOA processing, and insurance verification is an advantage
Strong patient service and coordination skills, with a calm and caring approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain processes clearly to patients and families
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patient concerns
Comfortable using computer systems and basic office applications
Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering a positive patient experience
