The Customer Relations Assistant is responsible for investigating and resolving complex and sensitive service-related disputes involving customers; analyzing existing and proposed programs, policies and services to ensure their equitability and responsiveness to consumer needs; providing possible solutions in coordination to other departments concerning services.
Experience
● At least 4 year work experience
● Experience in a construction/realty an advantage
● Previous experience in the customer service role a plus
Educational/Knowledge Background/Certification
● Graduate of any college degree
● Knowledge of basic accounting processes and or tools is an advantage
