Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manages incoming calls and customer inquiries
2. Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Builds sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Confers with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints
5. Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, records details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
6. Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any 4 year Business related course
2. Able to speak, read and write in Chinese
3. Service-oriented - great inter-personal skill
4. Top problem solving and analytical skills
5. A go-getter positive attitude
6. Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment - you can handle multiple tasks at once
7. High attention to detail
