Rate: $6/hr and earn up to PHP 59,000+/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am EST - 5:30 pm EST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks
 
Business Development Representative (On-Site Cyber Sigma, Taguig)
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
Experience in sales and prospecting, with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and outbound engagement techniques.
Experience conducting in-depth research on prospects and companies to personalize outreach, identify key decision-makers, and uncover business needs.
Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC and its application in qualifying and advancing sales opportunities. (https://www.youtube.com/c/MEDDICC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and make compelling introductions in dynamic conversations. Highly motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving and prospect engagement.
Demonstrated persistence and resilience in the face of challenges.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
Strong analytical skills to assess outreach effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
 
 
Responsibilities:
Build, qualify, and nurture new accounts for the sales pipeline.
Conduct in-depth conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and communicate these to the sales team.
Assist the company in staying customer-centric by providing valuable insights.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to build a scalable top-of-funnel process.
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with relevant teams to improve product and services.
Work cross-functionally with Finance and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Share knowledge and experience with the team to foster collective growth.
Represent the brand and bring critical information back to the rest of the team.
