Job Customer
Description and Requirements
Provide billing support services and will handle customer inquiries relating to all products for one of the largest search engine's collaborative platform.
Requirements
Completed at least 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)
Must have at least 1-year call center experience handling billing and technical support (excluding experience in handling home appliances) account
Experience in telecommunications or web hosting accounts is a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to handle advanced troubleshooting issues
Willing to work at BGC, Taguig City / Temporary work from home
Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth and SSS document
Can start ASAP
