Position Responsibilities
Responsible for Queue Management and Real-Time Case Distribution, Attendance Validation, Automated Case Distribution (ACD) Schedule Adherence and Real-Time Monitoring
- Proactive case, chat and call extraction for data or case handling analysis
- Closely coordinates with Subject Matter Experts in determining International Accounting-based case routing
- Closely work with leadership team for performance reporting and analysis
- Generate reports to monitor analyst's and site's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Scheduling and resource planning tasks will also be assigned
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Must possess excellent rapport, written and verbal English communication
- Must have strong analytical and advanced International accounting process adaptability
- Minimum of 2 to 3-years Workforce Management experience in a BPO or Shared Service organization
- Applicants must be willing to work permanent night shift in the Makati office
