What You'll Do
Establish partnerships with brands under the affiliate marketing model working with influencers in our network
Discuss and negotiate a commission structure with brands based on a payout of sales conversion
Select and curate products and services that are a good fit with our influencer verticals
Collaborate with our platform specialist on the technical aspects of campaign launches and the measurement of performance and success of each campaign
Build and maintain strong partner relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities.
Plan and forecast pipelines of our affiliate marketing business quarterly and annually.
Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
Accountable for resource plan and team structure for achieving revenue & profit target for the team
Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in the team operations
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training
Experienced in Affiliate Marketing specific to the Philippine Market
Has experience in Recruitment of Affiliates, Community Management, and Contract Management
Strong Familiarity in Social Media Platforms (META, X, TikTok, etc.)
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
