Job Descriptions
As a Website Customer Engagement Administrator, the competent individual will perform the following responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' inquiries and requirements appropriately and efficiently to achieve positive customer experience.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Navigate, review and showcase the website to customers, including managing any webinars, online conferences and participants' appreciation.
Handle and manage tough customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and conduct follow throughs to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Understand the client's website traffic, generate reports on a regular basis and present findings and recommend potential improvements to management by collecting customer information, website traffic and analyzing customer needs.
Job Qualifications
Excellent customer support experience, has worked in call- center/ customer service industry and managing tough customer requests and/or complaints.
Strong ability and experience to escalate and de-escalate appropriately.
Ability to multi-task by easily navigating any existing tools while interacting with customers and participants remotely and online, facilitating strong contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Preferably familiar or highly interested in Vatican history and arts.
Fresh graduates of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other Allied courses are welcome to apply.
