Job Description
SUMMARY:
As a Vietnamese Technical Support Agent, you are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and or chat.
Responsibilities:
Accepts inbound calls and handles cutomer's inquiries and concerns on the product and services, technical issues and related issue
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow-up to ensure customer's needs and expectations are met
Determines appropriate action to be taken on cuctomer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures.
Qualifications:
Can speak, write and read Vietnamese
Technical background preferred
Understand and speak basic English
Willing to work on Shiffting schedule and weekend
For Natives, Tourist Visa must be valid at least for one (1) month and passport should be valid for one (1) year
Willing to work In Ortigas Pasig
