How you'll make an impact
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to set up and address appointment inquiries in a timely manner
Use good judgment to handle difficult situations
Consistent documentation of all calls accurately
Timely distribution of emails to all parties requiring assistance
Constant demonstration of a positive attitude on every call
What you need to succeed
- Two years of BPO healthcare account experience preferred
- Excellent English verbal/written communication skills
- High energy, bright and energetic team player with strong work ethics and takes direction well
- Able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keep a positive and professional demeanor while working independently under pressure/deadlines
- Ability to define challenges, analyze problems, and suggest solutions in a proactive and positive manner
- Effective and professional communication with customers and employees of organization
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Amendable to a flexible schedule ONSITE in Ortigas
