Key responsibilities:
Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:
Order-taking
Processing of payment
Handling of complaints
Listing of bad orders
Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Prior call center or similar work experience is a plus
Must be willing to work during Saturday
Should have a Laptop or Computer with a camera and a stable internet connection for temporary remote working.
