The Talent Acquisition Service Advisor (TASA) role is accountable mainly for the Requisition Intake and Pre Discovery-Preparation of newly approved requisitions in the USA and all over the world. Specifically, the main purpose of a TASA is to ensure the quality of the requisition being opened by the Hiring Managers. Apart from the main task, the TASA role handles special projects from the US TA Service Delivery team to ensure the quality of the requisitions that is being opened, approved, cloned or even created. A TASA will also be given sourcing work for targeted markets across all 50 states in the US.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work on USA and global based requisitions as assigned and ensure the quality of the requisitions being opened
Utilize in house tools such as TalentSource/Taleo/WorkFront etc.
Handle special projects from the US TA Service Delivery team such as Requisition Creation, Requisition Cloning, several cleanup campaigns to ensure quality requisitions on the onset of the Recruiting Process
Source for targeted markets across all 50 states in the USA
Other duties as requested

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or other relevant field
Excellent written communication skills
Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems
Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred Qualification:
OTJ Training or work experience in Taleo or other recruitment system/process
