DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat and customer feedback/review responses in a timely and friendly manner.
Resolve product and general questions by clarifying the customer's complaint; able to determine root cause; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem/issue.
Ability to accurately answer product questions and provide information about other Zinus products that leads to sales
Maintain customer and account records by updating daily in SAP and Zendesk accurately
Recommend potential product improvements by collecting and analyzing customer needs.
Other required duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent in both Spanish Catalan and English languages
Prior call center experience - at least six to 12 months in a customer service role
Empathetic - a customer advocate, sympathetic and provides options
Excellent communication skills - Good Verbal and written comprehension with active listening skills
Quality Focus and Detail-oriented
Process oriented - looks to improve current processes
Strong Teamwork - a collaborator
Resolves Conflict - ability to control the conversation
Analytical - loves data
Multi-tasking
Learner - learns quickly, retains knowledge, and shares it
MS Office familiarity
Some college course and/or High School Diploma at a minimum required
Should be willing to work onsite and live with 20 KM from Glorietta 2, Makati. We provide free shuttle from home, vitamins, face mask and face sheild
