Requirements:
Open for both Filipino and Foreign national
Completed at least 2 years in College
Must be proficient in both Spanish and English language
Amenable to work in Graveyard Shift
At least 6 months Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing quality of customer service
Assisting customers with their concerns via phone, email and chat
Participate in application user acceptance testing as required;
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
