Customer service experience is an advantage
At Least 1 year experience in using the Spanish language

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming requests from Spanish-speaking customers in a professional and timely manner
Anticipating the customers' needs and providing recommendations in order to deliver appropriate solutions to the customer
Handles patients calls related to their outstanding balances.
Following through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved
Performing additional duties as needed
