Customer Support Representative
Overview
Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat)
Qualifications
Amenable to work on a Project-Based employment
Must be 18 years old and above
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back or failed subjects)
At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred
We accept High school/Senior High School graduate with at least 6 months of call center experience (ops tenure)
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Skills Required
Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
Must exhibit active listening
Must have keen attention to details
Must have good conversational skills
Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
Ability to probe effectively
Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases
