Prepares daily/monthly work schedules of his subordinates and sees to it that these schedules are followed
Investigates and analyzes trouble reports submitted by his subordinates or customers so that remedial measures can be undertaken immediately to prevent serious breakdown of the equipment
Monitors the inventory level of spare parts on hand and recommends parts to be ordered, if necessary
Prepares regular and special service cost estimates, quotations and negotiates with customers for the approval thereof
Follows up service proposal and collection and sees to it that it is properly monitored
Prepares trouble report and estimates cost on special service rendered on AC/R equipment which are under warranty
Prepares weekly/monthly report on AC/R regular and special services
Conducts actual servicing job when necessary
Trains and develops his men in the effective performance of their tasks and for their personal growth n the company
Performs other service related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation
Commission
Must have at least 3 years of experience in field of air conditioning and refrigeration servicing and maintenance
Must have excellent communication skills both in written and oral (Filipino/English)
Must be knowledgeable in AC/R Mechanical and Electrical Works
Capable of training and teaching people
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and has strong leadership ability
