Qualifications/Job Description: A Service Desk I Agent is responsible for manning support channels in our CRMs and other Ad hoc channels. They are accountable for the quality of the tickets received by ensuring that relevant details are completely captured and documented. They support customers by resolving simple inquiries and/or routing tickets to the appropriate resolvers for immediate support. Responsibilities: Man the channels utilized by TOA Global customers (tickets raised thru portals, chat, email, etc.) Answer and resolve customer inquiries and requests by applying the highest level of human skills. Demonstrate business ownership by through masterful execution of process requirements and following through other departments to make sure that resolution is delivered on a timely manner. Maintain a high data quality by ensuring that all transactions are completely and accurately documented into systems.
