Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
DUTIES
The Service Associate - Horizon Club provides guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate, preferably HRA/HRM/Tourism
Computer literate, with knowledge in Opera System
At least 1 year experience in Front Office operations
Excellent oral & written communication & interpersonal skills, able to deal with guests & employees at all levels
Proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage
Must have training skills
This position is available on a local package only
