Arbour Group (a PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time Senior Specialist, Customer and Operations (Recruitment) to join their team.
As a Key Contributor, the Senior Specialist, Customer and Operations (Recruitment) plays a critical role that drives the success of the US Quality Management and Compliance (QMC) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts for the business. The role will also be collaborating with the Project Operations team on day-to-day project administration.
Main Tasks:
Recruit US-based subcontractors/external consultants in the QA and validation life sciences industry
Proactively screen resources to keep building the talent pool
Help classify/categorize these consultants based on the type of work they do, and would help keep the consultants active and engaged
Communicate with the consultants for projects/audits/consulting work as needed
Should be proactive to help build the talent pool
Other ad hoc coordination and collaboration tasks with the Project Operations Team
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree course
3+ years' relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment of overseas candidates
Must be a resident of the Philippines
Willing to work on a night shift schedule (following US timezone)
Experience managing multiple client requests
Experience in the Life Sciences industry and within a consulting environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment, working with people across all levels of the organization
Basic knowledge or exposure to Quality Management & Compliance services
Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in a complex environment
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency in an effort toward ongoing improvement
Autonomous, concentrated, and high-quality work
Ability to adapt under regularly changing conditions
Very good command of English, (both written and verbal)
Outstanding organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
