In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Desired Qualifications:
Preferred background in securities operations (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc. If with FINRA License as preferred but not required and maybe sponsored.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.
High proficiency with Microsoft Program
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute a body of work with minimal supervision.
Exceptional research, data entry and exception handling skills.
Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
Possess an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency and business acumen.
Highly analytical and keen to details
Familiarity with banking documents
Job Expectations:
Field Services Control performs oversight of internal control policies, monetary risk, fraud detection and approval of account-related transactions for asset movement requests and account address updates. The team reviews Service Requests and performs control function in approving Service requests received in Smart Station such as Journal Transfers, ACH, Fed wires, DTC transfers, Check Disbursement, and Partial ACATs. The team also reviews address changes.
The Securities Operations Representative for the Field Services Control team is responsible for processing asset movement service requests for Automated Clearing House (ACH) on demand transfers, journals, and Check disbursement. The Securities Operations Representative will be responsible for reviewing various systems and documents to confirm the validity and accuracy of the transfer and the availability of assets in the client's accounts to accommodate the transfer/check request. The Securities Operations Representative will be responsible for identifying any problems with a transaction and working with the requestor to remedy the issue providing strong customer service as part of their role. * This is a blended process wherein the successful candidate may also take inbound and outbound calls from financial advisers and client associate from the branch. Calls are related to asset movement service request that the team are reviewing and usually occurs when there's an issue preventing to approve the transaction as aligned with policy and procedures.
This is for night shift that follow US holidays.
