Prior to making calls to the customers, this team will be doing a data scraping/clean up exercise on the customer data to ensure they have the right contacts - for the first two weeks.
Voice support, L2 resources are requested.
Profile/skill level required: Customer service skills sets. Prior Salesforce user or platform product experience (e.g. Google play) is a plus.
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
*3 years and above experience and/or knowledge in Salesforce.com
The client has indicated they have well defined training and voice scripts for step by step instructions ready.
