Handle escalated help desk tickets requiring Salesforce Administrator access
Monitor and analyze system trends to identify recurring issues
Perform data loads and bulk updates to maintain system efficiency
Manage support tickets with vendors
User Administration & Onboarding
Configure new hire, team, and regional setups within Salesforce
Manage integrations with associated systems (Gmail/Dialpad/Sense/TR)
Provide system access and permissions management
Support user training and adoption
Process Improvement & Documentation
Create and maintain documentation for flows and workflows
Interpret and optimize existing flows
Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new rollouts
Develop and implement best practices
System Integration & Quality Assurance
Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and healthcare-specific platforms
Perform proxy login testing
Maintain data security and HIPAA compliance
Monitor system performance and reliability
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:
Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
Experience with data loader operations and bulk updates
Proven track record in technical support or help desk environments
Knowledge of system integrations and API management
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
