Rate: $4/hr, and earn up to 25,000 PHP+/month plus 3% sales commission
 
Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, with a 15-minute break
Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, with a 30-minute break
Sunday and Monday: Off
Sales Representative / Admin (Work From Home)
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quick to respond, and comfortable supporting clients during graveyard hours. The ideal candidate should have a positive and energetic communication style, be able to follow scripts and instructions consistently, and provide excellent customer service while managing appointments, calls, text inquiries, and follow-ups.
Please prioritize candidates who have worked graveyard shifts within the past six months and have proven experience in customer service, scheduling, calls, and text support.
 
Must-Have Qualifications
At least six months of recent graveyard-shift experience
Experience with appointment scheduling, calendar management, or booking systems
Comfortable answering calls, responding to texts, and handling client inquiries
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to follow instructions accurately and consistently
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Upbeat, friendly, and energetic personality
Comfortable handling client concerns, appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a med spa, beauty, wellness, clinic, or other appointment-based business
Sales experience, particularly with upselling packages, promotions, or memberships
Experience using Vagaro or a similar booking platform
Experience providing both SMS/chat and phone support
