Rate: $7/hr and earn up to 70,000 PHP +/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
Note: They should report to the marketing team based in India, so occasional early-morning syncs may be required for coordination.
 
Job Description:
We're looking for a Setter to join our team and play a key role in our sales pipeline. As a Setter, their primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with prospects, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments or discovery calls for our account executives. They should be the first point of contact and the voice of our brand, so confidence, clarity, and consistency matter.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills - Must be confident, and comfortable engaging prospects through written and spoken communication.
Experience with outbound prospecting - Proven experience in setting appointments, cold outreach, or lead qualification, particularly for the US market is highly preferred. Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools - Ability to use tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage leads and track outreach.
Self-motivated and target-driven - Should consistently meet or exceed outreach and appointment goals.
Availability to work in - Flexibility to align with the target market's schedule is important.
