· Prepare documentation to client concerns and queries immediately
· Ensure that laboratory services are effectively and efficiently promoted to medical laboratories in order to attain sales target
· Partner with the customers by providing value added services that will ensure superior customer service
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in any Field; Preferably, Business studies/Administrative/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
· With good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have an outgoing personality
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
· Must be hardworking, honest and responsible
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
