We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on Payroll, timekeeping, compensation, and benefits management. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and administering all aspects of payroll, timekeeping, and employee compensation and benefits programs. This position requires a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing payroll and compensation processes.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and payments.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and validate payroll data, including hours worked, leaves, bonuses, and commissions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Resolve payroll-related discrepancies and address employee inquiries or concerns.
Timekeeping and Attendance:
Oversee the timekeeping system, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and time-off requests.
Develop and implement timekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Analyze timekeeping data to identify trends, address attendance issues, and optimize workforce productivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and variable pay plans.
Conduct compensation benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pay rates and recommend adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with the finance department to prepare budgets and forecasts related to employee compensation and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5-7 years as an HR Manager or similar role with a focus on payroll, timekeeping, compensation, and benefits.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping systems, and compensation and benefits administration.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools. Experience in Sprout is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle and resolve employee inquiries or concerns.
