Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
SALES MANAGER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (College Graduate)
Computer literate (MS Office, email, reports preparation)
At least two (2) years selling experience
Knowledge in: Sales strategy planning and implementation Accounts management and client follow-ups *Sales reporting and collection monitoring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate with Logistics, Technical, and other departments
Familiarity with ISO procedures and company documentation standards
Capable of handling overdue accounts and collections
Organized in records management and documentation
Willing to attend meetings, conferences, and company activities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Sales Generation & Strategy
Generate sales revenues for the company
Plan and implement effective sales strategies within assigned area
Promote products and services to prospective clients
Conduct regular sales calls and client visits
Follow-up on sales offers, quotations, and bidding proposals
Monitor and achieve sales and collection targets
B. Account & Client Management
Handle and follow-up specific client accounts
Conduct house calls to strengthen business relationships
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor product/service performance and suggest improvements
Handle overdue accounts and ensure prompt collections
C. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit sales reports including:
Itineraries
Accomplishment reports
Sales projections
Collection projections
Ensure proper documentation of deliveries and contracts
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Follow ISO documented procedures
D. Coordination & Internal Communication
Coordinate with Logistics regarding product deliveries
Report technical concerns to the technical group
Communicate daily updates and issues to Business Manager
Attend departmental, technical, and sales meetings
Coordinate with other departments for service support
E. Compliance & Company Standards
Implement 5S in the workplace
Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations
Maintain high performance and quality standards
Participate in company-sponsored activities
Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior
