Rate: $6/hr and earn up to 60,000 PHP +/month
 
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST with 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on outbound prospecting and building quality leads. The ideal candidate is a hungry, skilled professional who strategically leverages tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI solutions such as ChatGPT, email outreach tools, and sophisticated contact databases to set qualified appointments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional English proficiency, minimal accent resembling native U.S. speakers.
Proven ability in structured outbound calling and strategic prospecting.
Strong capability with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High drive, resilience, and relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth.
Skilled multitasker capable of managing multiple channels effectively.
Adept at proactively identifying when support and resources are needed to achieve targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured, high-quality outbound calls (approximately 50 per day) to generate and nurture qualified leads within our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Execute highly personalized email campaigns alongside strategic mass outreach, leveraging research and AI tools for maximum impact.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively to identify and engage prospective clients.
Accurately maintain CRM records, documenting all outreach and customer interactions clearly and concisely.
Demonstrate excellent multitasking capabilities to manage simultaneous outreach channels and lead nurturing activities.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, clearly communicating any need for additional support, resources, or strategic adjustments.
Proactively communicate performance challenges and seek guidance when performance metrics are not being met.

Individuals who lack the drive or ability to engage in strategic, research-backed outreach.
