Dealing directly with the customer either thru telephone or electronic mail
Responding promptly to the customer inquiries in order to resolve any issues that may arise on the received products and items
Marketing and selling the products online
Can do live streaming, willing to learn, open to other customer service task assigned.
Handles preparation of the ordered items
Other administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:- College graduate of any 4-year course- With at least 2years work experience in an online customer service- Amenable to work in Paco, Manila- Can start immediately
