MOTORPOOL MANAGER
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
The Motorpool Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment. This role ensures proper scheduling of maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and optimal utilization of resources. The Motorpool Manager will coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and management to ensure operational efficiency.

Fleet Management: Oversees the company's vehicles and equipment to ensure they are maintained in optimal condition.
Maintenance Scheduling: Develops and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Repairs & Servicing: Coordinates vehicle repairs, inspections, and servicing in a timely manner.
Compliance & Safety: Ensures adherence to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Inventory Management: Monitors and manage spare parts, fuel, and maintenance supplies.
Budget Monitoring: Tracks expenses related to vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure cost efficiency.
Driver Coordination: Assigns and monitor driver duties, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational expenses.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Works with external service providers for parts procurement and repairs.
Incident Reporting: Investigates and document vehicle-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of experience in fleet or motorpool management.
