JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
As the Sales Manager at SAWO, with a background in international operations is responsible for driving revenue growth across foreign markets, managing diverse regional teams, and adapting sales strategies to local cultural and regulatory landscapes. They bridge the gap between global corporate vision and local market realities, frequently utilizing experience in export, distribution, and cross-border partnerships.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for multiple countries or regions.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-level relationships with international partners, distributors, and key clients.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train culturally diverse sales teams, often overseeing remote personnel in different time zones.
Market Analysis & Compliance: Research trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and products; ensure all sales adhere to local, international, and legal regulations.
Financial Performance: Set and meet ambitious international sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) and manage regional budgets to ensure maximum profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations.
5+ years of experience in international sales or business development, often requiring a proven track record of meeting revenue targets in diverse, global markets.
Demonstrated knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, foreign export operations, and navigating cross-cultural business environments.
Proficiency in multiple languages (in addition to fluent English) is highly preferred. Other necessary skills include strategic planning, CRM software proficiency, data analytics, and negotiation skills.
